Saturday the 20th of June will mark the summer’s first Open Air party at OpArt. Lx Music presents Stockholm Goes To Lisbon 2 with Ida Engberg. The young Swedish DJ who shot to infamy with her underground hit “Disco Volante” will be gracing the decks with her inimitable blend of deep house, electro, funky techno, minimal, and tech house. She is one of the best selling artists on John Dahlback’s Pickadoll label and will surely bring a mindblowing climax to the proceedings.
Joining Ida Engberg in the booth will be Portugal’s favourite female DJ duo, Heartbreakerz. 2009 is shaping up to be a big year for Analodjica and Kokeshi who are always up for rocking any dance floor. The year started with a breathtaking gig in Paris which left the french clubbers wanting more, and with upcoming gigs in London and in the electronic tent at Portugal’s biggest music festival Sudoeste, the girls will definitely be bringing their A-Game to OpArt.
The evening will be rounded out by a performance from Lx Music resident Master Soul along with DJ Itnash. What will you be doing this saturday?

Analodjica and Kokeshi are gearing up for a great 2009. The year started in spectacular fashion with their first gig overseas in Paris at La Bellevilloise. After wowing the notoriously difficult parisian clubbers with their trademark brand of sensual dancefloor magic, the girls have just secured a residency at Lisbon’s hippest underground club - Op Art.
Every month they will bring their unique, energetic blend of styles to the glass box on the docks and they have promised us a wealth of surprises including a whole host of guest DJs, handpicked by the girls, and fantastic new music you are unlikely to hear anywhere else.
With it’s exotic location on the edge of the Tejo river and the beautiful, dramatic early morning views it provides, Op Art is the perfect venue to host Analodjica and Kokeshi’s first major residency as Heartbreakerz which kicks off on the 27th of March.
On the inaugural date they will be joined by Mary B, of the celebrated “Mais Oxigénio” and “Dama e o Vagabundo” radioshows which air on Portugal’s premier alternative dance music station Oxigénio, and a great DJ in her own right with an extensive and impressive list of gigs to her name including warming up the dancefloor for 2ManyDJs, Dixon, and Buraka Som Sistema.
This awesome meeting of minds will surely be a night to remember and will definitely provide a taste of things to come. Are you ready to learn the principles of heartbreaking?

Valentine’s Day marks the return, not only of Kismet Records to the sunny shores of Portugal, but of Stereo Addiction to the glass box on the docks - Op Art. This weekend the prodigal duo are returning to the hippest underground club in Lisbon after what seems like too long; older, wiser, and louder. Joining them for this occasion is legendary ex-Underground Sound Of Lisbon member, and head of Kismet, Rui da Silva.
The label was formed in 1999 and has released music by such diverse acts as Sleeper Thief, Husley & Gunz, and, most recently, Stereo Addiction.
In what promises to be a night full of memorable moments, the three DJs team up to make sure that Op Art will be the place to be on Valentine’s Day.
