Junho – The Correspondents voltam a Lisboa para a inauguração do Clube Ferroviário. O Sónar Galicia também aconteceu em Junho e a Madame teve o enorme prazer de trabalhar com a equipa do festival, ao fazer toda a comunicação e assessoria de imprensa para o evento.
Julho – “O Baile” no Exit Festival. A primeira grande internacionalização do projecto. Rui da Silva, Ride, Stereo Addiction e :papercutz, num dos maiores festivais de musica da Europa. Obrigado Rajko e Bojan.

Lineup, venue, timetable, price, lights, soundsystem - all the details have been finalized. Stereo Addiction, Heartbreakerz and Enigma will provide the pounding tunes at this year’s edition of the Madame Cabaret Xmas Party at Lisbon’s Mercado da Ribeira.
Near the city centre, with various forms of public transport on the doorstep, there’s no excuse whatsoever not to let your hair down and have a little fun. On the 25th of December, leave your car at home, round up your friends and be sure to come early to avoid the usual massive cues at the door. We promise there will be plenty of room for everyone, but be sure to get done with dinner as soon as possible because this is the one christmas party you can’t afford to miss.
After a relatively quiet autumn (the annual Madame birthday bash was held a bit earlier this year with a big “O Baile” event that rounded out the summer in late September) Madame is back in business and collaborating with event planners extraordinaire Cabaret. Those of you who were present at the 2008 and 2009 editions will know how epic and utterly unmissable these parties are, so see you on the 25th!
And as Madame always plans ahead, she has put together a special treat lined up for everyone who wants to keep going after the party is done. Lisbon’s most renowned after hours hotspot Europa will be open for business and the booth will be occupied by Madame artists Twofold and Heartbreakerz. Portugal’s biggest New Year’s Eve party is called “Refresh Your Soul” and it’s rallying cry is “I DESERVE THIS!“. The ultimate goal is to unite the country in one unique event to try and gather as positive a vibe as humanly possible. The party will happen simultaneously in three different places - Algarve, Oporto and Cascais.
The Cascais Marina will host performances by portugal’s biggest DJ duos, namely the mighty Stereo Addiction and the groundbreaking Heartbreakerz. They will be playing alongside a slew of local talent icluding Jiggy and Gilvaia.
The organizers have lined up a truly magical evening filled with great music and a whole host of surprises and distractions such as a massage tent, a wish basket and a super secret mystery area. As primeiras “Madame Goes North” levaram a dupla Stereo Addiction e Twofold à cabine do clube Gare, agora é a vez das raparigas darem o ar da sua graça pelo Porto.
No Sábado, dia 27 de Novembro, as Heartbreakerz vão marcar presença numa das cabines mais concorridas do Norte e vão muito bem acompanhadas por Henriq. A estreia de Heartbreakerz no “Lux do Norte” promete, porque tanto Analodjica como Kokeshi ainda estão endiabradas (no bom sentido, claro), depois da actuação ao lado de Luciano e da sua trupe de vagabundos, na passada 6ªf, no Museu de Arte Popular. Nessa mesma cabine, também actuaram os dois rapazes por trás do Gare, Freshkitos (os 4 na foto).

The first “Madame Goes North” evenings saw Stereo Addiction and Twofold take Oporto’s Gare Club by storm. Now it’s time for the girls to show the guys how it’s done. On the 27th of November, Heartbreakerz will be taking to the decks at Oporto’s most talked about nightspot. Support will come from house music boy wonder Henriq. The girls’ first gig at Gare will surely be a night to remember seeing as Analodjica and Kokeshi are on fire following their gig last weekend alongside Luciano and his Cadenza Vagabundos. Heartbreakerz Vagabundas
Another month, another great gig for the unstoppable DJ duo Heartbreakerz! This time Analodjica and Kokeshi have been invited to join the lineup at one of lisbon’s most widely anticipated parties that will be going down at the Ritz Hotel in Lisbon on the 12th of November.
The headliners are a team of artists who were responsible for tearing up the dancefloor at Ibiza’s legendary club Pacha during the summer of 2010 - the Candenza Vagabundos. Lead by one of house music’s biggest DJ’s, Luciano, the Vagabundos are made up of the roster of musicians on the Cadenza record label. In Lisbon Luciano, Mirko Loko and Daria will be sharing the decks. On an evening dedicated to celebrating the genius of house music, the Heartbreakerz had to be present - front and centre - with their intoxicating sound that shakes anyone within earshot to their very core. The up and coming young DJ Henriq, and Oporto’s biggest DJ duo Freshkitos will also be joining the evening’s festivities which promise to be truly unforgettable.

Os cabeças de cartaz são ser o projecto inovador que arrasou com o Pacha de Ibiza ao longo do verão de 2010 - os Cadenza Vagabundos. Liderados por um dos DJs de culto do house actual – Luciano. A restante trupe de Vagabundos é composta pelos maiores nomes da não menos conhecida, editora Cadenza. Em Lisboa apresentam-se como um trio constituído por Luciano, Mirko Loko e Daria.
Numa noite onde se celebra a genialidade da música house, não podiam faltar as Heartbreakerz que vão com certeza dar que falar com um set que vai mexer tanto com o coração como com os pés, a anca, a bacia, a cara, enfim…

Analodjica and Kokeshi have been invited to join the lineup of the 2010 edition of the Santa Cruz Ocean Spirit festival that takes place between the 30th of July and the 8th of August. The event bridges the gap between surf and music and will feature performances by artists such as Pena, Loto, Andy H, Kaesar & Pedro Zoy, Jackspot, and Quaiss Kitir among others. Heartbreakerz will perform on the 7th of August at Navio Beach alongside Pena and Frankie Chavez. Tickets for the evenings of the 30th, 31st of July, 7th and 8th of August will be 10€ per night and the venue will open to the public at 21:00. On the rest of the nights entry will be free. One of the biggest nights of last summer at Tamariz, one of Portugal’s biggest clubs, was a massive DJ battle between Heartbreakerz and Stereo Addiction.

Portugal’s favourite female DJ duo have been invited to play at the Maré de Agosto festival going down at Formosa Beach in Santa Maria in the beautiful Azores Islands from the 19th of August until the 22nd. The 2010 edition of this event will host a series of daytime and nighttime activities that festival goers can participate in while inside the venue. A Rip Curl e a Hawaiian Tropic chegam a Portugal no dia 21 de Julho para dar inicio ao Girls Tour 2010 na Praia Grande. Gustavo and John-E have been invited to headline a huge MTV party at the Zmar Eco Camping Resort in Zambujeira do Mar on Saturday the 10th of April. The event is called MTV Insomnia, and those funky people at MTV Portugal couldn’t have chosen a more fitting headlining act, since Stereo Addiction made their name playing to crowds all over Portugal, and abroad, in the small hours of the morning. Joining the guys in the DJ booth will be lisbon’s grooviest female DJ duo Heartbreakerz, another name that should be very familiar to insomniacs all over Portugal. The guys and girls are set to provide all those in attendance with a night filled with the funkiest tech house, and most pounding techno music this side of the river Tejo. “O Baile” returns to London
After a succesful Lisbon run, Friday the 2nd of April marks the return of “O Baile” to London, and Madame and Lumin have a very special evening planned. The lineup will consist of two major portuguese acts handpicked from among the finest Lisbon’s awesome underground scene has to offer.
First up will be Teratron, a new project whose debut album was considered the 3rd best album of the year by popular website cotonete, whose video shot to the top of the charts on MTV Portugal, and whose earth-shaking live act has been a massive success helping them secure warm up gigs for such international sensations as Steve Aoki. After a quick listen to their record, the girls behind “O Baile” couldn’t resist bringing them to London.
Following on from the new boys will be Portugal’s favourite female DJ duo, Heartbreakerz. The two girls have floored clubbers from Lisbon to Paris with their sensual, unique sound which is a deadly blend of techno, tech house and electro. Their flawless mixing skills and uncanny knack for knowing exactly what a crowd wants at any given time has seen them play at every big club and festival in Portugal, the infamous Always Fridays night at The Egg, La Bellevilloise in Paris and has even secured them a spot at this year’s Rock In Rio in Lisbon alongside Paul Ritch, Speedy J and Green Velvet.

Com um videoclip nos tops da MTV Portugal, a apresentação do seu disco no Lux e um live act arrebatador que já lhes valeu um convite para partilharem a cabine com Steve Aoki na Casa da Música no Porto, esta dupla lisboeta passou do anonimato ao estrelato no espaço de seis meses. Vão ter a sua estreia londrina n’ O Baile de dia 2 de Abril.
De seguida, as Heartbreakerz prometem trazer à cabine deste Baile a sua mistura explosiva de tech house, techno e electro que tanto furor fez nos clubes e festivais de Portugal. Madame e Lumin apostam bem em trazer um toque feminino a esta edição d’ O Baile, a mesma dupla de Djs que estão confirmadas para o Rock in Rio Lisboa 2010.
Com o início de uma nova década, Madame e Lumin decidiram que estava na hora de “mudar de ares”, por isso procuraram um novo espaço para as edições londrinas d’ O Baile de 2010. Acertaram em cheio com o Islington Metal Works. Construído no fim do século XIX esta venue tem sido local de concertos, exposições de arte e festas controversas. Mas as suas quatro paredes nunca viram nada como O Baile.
Quem estiver por Londres não pode perder, no dia 2 de Abril, o regresso d’ O Baile.
Heartbreakerz are off to Açores
Portugal’s favourite female DJ duo just keep getting bigger! Next Saturday the 13th of March the girls are off to the Açores to bring the house down at Twins. So if you happen to be on the islands that weekend make sure you don’t miss Heartbreakerz in action.
Heartbreakerz confirmed for Rock In Rio Lisboa
With an already great 2009 behind them which saw Portugal’s favourite female DJ duo play in London, Paris and Portugal’s biggest summer festival, Sudoeste, 2010 is shaping up to be an even bigger year! Heartbreakerz have been invited to play at this year’s edition of Rock In Rio in Lisbon. On the 30th of May, the girls will be sharing the DJ booth with such techno luminaries as Paul Ritch, Speedy J and the legendary Green Velvet! Make sure to buy your tickets ASAP before they sell out.
Stereo Addiction & Heartbreakerz join Da Providers at Jezebel
Da Providers, one of Portugal’s most respected promoters, have announced a residency at Cascais nightclub Jezebel. Over the coming months they will be bringing you a whole host of surprises, with international names to boot. Kicking off on Friday the 5th of February, the guys have asked Stereo Addiction and Heartbreakerz to join resident duo Bart Cruz & Henriq in a DJ battle of epic proportions. Six DJs, one booth, only one DJ duo will remain standing - so make sure to save the date, because this is one party you can’t afford to miss.
O Baile returns to London in 2010
After making it’s Lisbon debut in November and with a second event in the same city in February, Madame and Lumin felt it was high time to bring “O Baile” back to it’s city of origin, London.
On Friday the 2nd of April, the girls will be bringing the party back to the UK with a new venue and two great names from the Portuguese underground – Heartbreakerz, Lisbon’s favourite female DJ duo, and Teratron a new dance floor destroying project featuring members of Portugal’s biggest hip hop crew Da Weasel.
The event will be held at The Islington Metal Works, accessed via a discreet entrance just behind Angel tube station it has played host to the hippest art exhibitions, concerts and even Spike Lee’s private parties.

Após o sucesso da estreia lisboeta em Novembro do ano passado e com o próximo evento a ocupar a LX Factory em Fevereiro, Madame e Lumin decidiram que chegou a hora de regressar às origens e marcar mais uma festa em terras de sua majestade.
Sexta-feira dia 2 de Abril, “O Baile” está de volta a Londres num novo espaço - Islington Metal Works, e com dois grandes talentos da cena portuguesa – Teratron e Heartbreakerz.
Teratron é um novo projecto orientado para as pistas de dança, formado por dois ex-membros dos Da Weasel e descritos da seguinte forma “o adn de Afrika Bambaataa com a irreverência de Tommy Lee, a insanidade de Prodigy com a frescura da turma Ed Banger, os olhos dos Chemical Brothers, o nariz de Michael Mayer, a boca de Dita Von Teese”. ..
A Islington Metal Works fica por trás da estação de metro em Angel e já foi local de variadíssimos concertos, exposições e festas privadas do realizador Spike Lee.
Heartbreakerz on SIC Radical
Dance TV is a long running show on Portuguese TV channel SIC Radical that focuses exclusively on dance music and club culture. Analodjica and Kokeshi have been invited to participate in a special edition of the show focussing on female DJs. There will be an interview during which the girls will discuss their motivations and the pitfalls of being a woman in a predominantly male dominated scene. The show will air on Monday the 15th of February, at 01:00 AM.

No programa 5, desta nova temporada, o Dance TV continua a enfatizar o que de melhor de faz em território nacional. As deejays femininas continuam em destaque, e desta vez as atenções recaem na dupla Heartbreakerz. After filling up on turkey and bacalhau, be sure to make your way down to Alcântara for a night filled with the best that Portugal’s burgeoning dance music scene has to offer, in a space that will be decorated down to the smallest detail to ensure that this year’s event will be even bigger, bolder and better than last year’s legendary Cabaret Christmas evening.
On Friday the 25th of December, the mother of all christmas parties will be at Lx Factory. For those of you who remember last years’ epic bash at Teatro Ibérico then you will know that this is the one event you don’t want to miss this year, and, for those many hundreds who didn’t make it in last year, make sure to arrive early and to leave your desserts for after the party to ensure you are not left out in the cold. DJ Ride has had a hugely successful 2009, his unbelievable skills behind the decks have led to many invitations to play abroad, he put out a new album that was lauded by portuguese critics far and wide as one of the records of the year, and he has released a collaboration with Kika Santos entitled “U Fill Me” which is on non-stop rotation on all major portuguese radios and MTV.
